1.1. The To-Nice service GUARANTEES:

  • Immediate availability of the purchased product.
  • The to-nice.com store ensures the validity of all accounts through hourly checks; upon account purchase, we ask you to verify its validity before use.
  • Replacement of accounts in case of invalidity due to to-nice.com’s fault, i.e., incorrect credentials to access the account with an ACTIVE warranty (ACTIVE warranty = NOT canceled warranty).
  • Refund if an invalid account cannot be replaced.
  •  

1.2. The following usage is PROHIBITED for accounts purchased on the to-nice.com site:

  • Use your original (local, domestic) IP address.
  • Use VPN services (paid, free, integrated (Opera VPN), and others).
  • Use an anonymous TOR browser.
  • Use virtual machines, device emulators, and servers (VPS, VDS).
  • Use IPv6: proxy, common proxy, public proxy.
  • Use proxies and devices obtained illegally (including but not limited to botnets, etc.).
  • Access 2 or more accounts using 1 device and 1 proxy server.
  • Use programs and services: Sobot, proxymania.ru, keyproxy.net, 911.re, instap.ru.
  • Use accounts to harm others (including but not limited to social media bullying, comment spam, threats, etc.) and commit other illegal actions (including but not limited to fraud, extortion, data theft, etc.).

1 legal private IPv4 proxy server and 1 new device (new UserAgent, cookies, specialized program) MUST be used for 1 account.

1.3. To-nice.com service and its employees do not store the accounts and their sales history. The customer must personally take care of data retention.

  • Do not modify initially valid accounts. If you logged into your account and did something, and later your account was blocked, the problem is likely yours.
  • Do not provide refunds for valid purchased accounts. If you want a refund or account replacement after your distracted purchase, your request may be rejected.
  • Block the customer on to-nice.com and do not grant a refund in the following cases: a). The customer sends spam via tickets, email, or chat. b). The customer leaves negative reviews or comments about the service on third-party resources. c). The customer is rude to technical support or uses profanity.

1.4. If the customer accepts the store’s regulations (at the time of purchase), THE CUSTOMER CONFIRMS that:

  • The customer has read the detailed description of the accounts.
  • The customer will change the passwords of the accounts and will independently take care of their security in case of prolonged use of the purchased accounts.
  • Responsibility transfers to the buyer after making the purchase.
  • The customer refers to all the points mentioned above in the agreement.
